alright, for your first video, what i can conclude is that this principal is known as Inertia. It exists in its state of rest or motion unless an external force is applied.
The second video talks about the Bernoulli's principal. Bernoulli's principle states that for an inviscid flow, an increase in the speed of the fluid occurs simultaneously with a decrease in pressure or a decrease in the fluid's potential energy.
